Access Duration for Different Content Types #
1. Live Masterclass #
- Free Users: Only have access to the live event. No replays or additional bonuses.
- Paid Upgrade Users: Receive lifetime access to the recording and any bonus materials included in their upgrade, which may include:
- Workbooks & guides
- Post-masterclass challenges (limited-time access)
- Digital downloads or physical products (availability may vary based on licensing agreements)
2. 2-Day Workshop #
- Online Workshop: Recordings will be available for paid participants. Duration of access will be specified per event.
- In-Person Workshop: Recording availability has not been determined yet.
- Workbooks: Participants retain access indefinitely.
- Challenges: Available for a limited time (duration varies per challenge).
- Digital Products: Access varies and depends on licensing agreements.
Membership & Support Group Access #
- Some support groups are lifetime access for all members.
- Other groups have limited access windows tied to specific events or membership tiers.
- Free and paid members can access permanent groups at any time.
- If a user joins a future event, their access to event-based groups resets/renews as applicable.
Losing & Regaining Access #
- Users may lose access due to policy violations.
- Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, some users may be able to regain access by signing up for a future event.
- Repeated violations may result in permanent membership termination.
