Quick Summary #
The membership dashboard is your central hub for accessing events, recordings, bonus content, and support groups. From here, you can stay updated, join discussions, and access the resources included with your membership. If you experience navigation issues, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers before submitting a support ticket.
1. Dashboard Overview #
When you log in, you will be directed to the homepage, which includes:
- A newsfeed displaying updates from groups you are a part of.
- Recently released articles and early-access content.
- A menu bar at the top for easy navigation.
2. Key Features & Navigation #
Accessing Your Events & Bonus Content #
- Click on the “Events” menu item.
- This will take you to a list of events you have registered for.
- Click on an event to access its recordings and any associated bonus content (if applicable).
Updating Your Profile & Password #
- To update your password or profile details, click on your profile picture in the menu bar.
- Select “Account Settings” to manage your information.
Submitting a Support Ticket #

Using the Search Bar #
- A search bar is available to help you find article posts.
- It does not search event content or support groups.
3. Community & Group Access #
Joining & Leaving Groups #
- You are automatically added to groups you have access to based on your event registrations.
- You may choose to leave any group, but some groups do not allow re-entry after leaving.
Viewing Notifications #
- To see updates related to your groups, discussions, or events, click on your profile picture in the menu bar.
- Select “Notifications” to view any new updates.

Dashboard Not Loading Properly? #
