7-Day Challenge: Burnout Reset

Objective: Name what burnout has taken from you and begin to take it back.

How to Use This Challenge

This challenge is designed to help you reset in small, doable steps. Each day, you’ll get one reflection and one light action. You can spend five minutes or linger longer. What matters is that it’s real.

You’ll have access for 14 days after the masterclass. This is your window to act while the clarity is still fresh. Let it be a small push forward, not another task you have to “get right.”

You can write, speak, or simply pause and reflect. If something feels too tender or too much, skip it or circle back. You’re allowed to go at your own pace.

Share in the Burnout Reset Circle if it helps. Support others when you can. This space is here for honesty, not performance.
