Are You Still the Person You Think You Are?

You probably have a pretty good idea of who you are. You know what you enjoy, what matters to you, what you want from life, and the kind of person you’ve become.

But when was the last time you checked whether that picture still fits?

We continue changing throughout our lives, often gradually enough that we barely notice it happening. Priorities shift. Interests change. Different experiences reveal new needs and perspectives. Goals that once felt important can lose some of their appeal, while possibilities we never expected to consider begin to feel surprisingly interesting.

Sometimes our understanding of ourselves changes right alongside us. Other times, we continue making choices based on ideas about ourselves that were formed years ago.

Are You Still the Person You Think You Are? is a short self-discovery assessment that explores how well the way you see yourself today reflects your current interests, priorities, needs, aspirations, roles, and experiences.

Through a series of reflective questions, you’ll explore what still fits, where subtle changes may be emerging, and whether there are parts of yourself you may be ready to understand a little differently.

You don’t need to be going through a major transition or questioning your entire identity to take this assessment. Sometimes self-discovery simply means becoming curious about whether the things you’ve always known about yourself are still true today.
