The things that support your well-being do not happen separately from the rest of your life. They have to fit alongside your responsibilities, relationships, health, routines, available energy, and the circumstances you are currently navigating.
This assessment helps you explore how well the way your life currently works supports your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Rather than evaluating how good you are at self-care, it looks at the conditions surrounding you. Does everyday life make reasonable room for your needs? Are there opportunities to step away from ongoing demands? Do supportive routines, people, environments, or systems make life easier to navigate? Can expectations and responsibilities adjust when your needs or available capacity change?
Your circumstances matter. Chronic illness, disability, caregiving, work, finances, family responsibilities, major transitions, and other challenges can all influence what is realistically possible. The assessment does not assume that everyone has the same needs, resources, or ability to change their circumstances.
Your results will help you understand how supportive your current everyday conditions appear to be, recognize what may already be working well, and identify where greater support, accommodation, or flexibility could make a meaningful difference.
