As you continue using Resilient Self Growth, your Insights workspace gives you a growing history of what you’ve been learning and noticing about yourself.
Can I cancel my Premium membership?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium membership before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. When your Premium access ends, your account will return to the free membership.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Premium membership payments are non-refundable. Your free trial gives you time to explore Premium before your first payment is charged. If you decide Premium isn’t right for you, cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
After your trial, you can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
What happens to my free membership when I upgrade?
Your Premium membership builds on your existing free membership. You’ll keep everything you already have, with Premium features and benefits added to your account for as long as your Premium membership remains active.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
If you don’t cancel before your trial ends, your Premium membership will automatically continue using the billing schedule you selected when you signed up. Your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly or annual membership price.

What happens to my information if I cancel Premium?
Your free Resilient Self Growth account remains available. Content you’ve purchased separately, your receipts, and completed assessment results remain with your account.
Premium-specific features and membership-supplied access are available while your Premium membership is active.
Does Premium include every paid assessment, challenge, resource, or event?
No. Premium benefits vary by offering. Some paid offerings are included with your Premium membership, some are available at a discounted Premium price, and others remain available at their standard price.
You’ll be able to see the Premium access or pricing available for an offering before you purchase it.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Premium?
Both plans give you the same Premium membership features. Monthly Premium is $20 per month and includes a 7-day free trial. Annual Premium is $200 per year and includes a 14-day free trial.
Choosing annual Premium saves $40 compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
Who is eligible for a free trial?
Free trials are available when you upgrade to Premium for the first time. If you’ve had Premium before, another free trial may become available after some time has passed. If a free trial is available for your account, you’ll see it when you choose your Premium plan.
