How to Access Your Masterclass & Membership Area

Quick Summary #

After signing up, you will receive an email with instructions to set your password and log in. You can also find the login link on the thank-you page. Once inside, navigate to the “Events” tab to access your masterclass. If you have any trouble logging in, check your spam folder, reset your password, or contact support.


Step-by-Step Instructions #

1. Check Your Email for Login Details #

  • You will receive an email from support@resilientselfgrowth.com with the subject line:
    “Your Resilient Self Growth account has been created!”
  • If you do not see this email, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  • This email contains a link to set your password and access your account.

2. Set Your Password & Log In #

  • Click the password reset link in the email.
  • Create a secure password and confirm it.
  • Once set, visit the login page and enter your credentials.

3. Navigate the Membership Area #

  • After logging in, you will be taken to the homepage.
  • The homepage includes:
    • Recent articles
    • A newsfeed of group updates
  • To find your masterclass, click “Events” in the top menu bar.
  • On the Events page, you will see all events you have signed up for.
  • Clicking on your masterclass event will show:
    • Pre-event information
    • Event access details
    • Post-event recordings (for paid upgrade members only)

Troubleshooting & Common Issues #

Didn’t Receive the Confirmation Email? #

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Add support@resilientselfgrowth.com to your safe sender list.
  3. If you still can’t find it, go to the login page and trigger a password reset.
  4. If you still cannot log in, email support@resilientselfgrowth.com for assistance.

Having Trouble Logging In? #

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address that you signed up with.
  • Try resetting your password from the login page.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
  • Try using a different browser or device.

Can I Access My Account on Any Device? #

  • Yes! The website is fully mobile-responsive, so you can log in from desktop, tablet, or mobile.
  • There is no separate app, but you can save the website as a shortcut on your phone’s home screen.
