How to Use This Challenge

This challenge is designed to meet you where you are. Each day, you’ll receive one reflection and one simple action. You can take five minutes or twenty. Whatever feels doable is enough.

You’ll have access to the challenge for 14 days after the masterclass. This is your window to take real steps while the insights are still fresh. Let it be a nudge to move forward, not something that lingers on your to-do list.

You can journal, record a voice note, or simply sit with the questions. If something feels too big, skip it or come back to it later.

Share in the community if it feels right. Support others when you have the capacity. This space is here to help you move with honesty, not perfection.
