You’re not losing your edge. Something else is happening.
Pushing harder has probably worked for you before. That’s part of why it’s your default. The problem is that it stops working the same way when your capacity is already stretched. You can still get things done, but it takes more out of you, and that doesn’t fully reset. You’re putting in more to get the same result, and it’s starting to catch up with you.
From the outside, nothing looks wrong
The same output is costing you more
Time off doesn’t fully restore you
Even when you know it’s not working the same way
So you’re not guessing your energy or realizing too late
The patterns and inputs that quietly drain your capacity
The conditions that help you stay steady and focused
So you’re not treating every day the same when it clearly isn’t
Something you can return to instead of reacting in the moment
No stepping away required
Not motivation or discipline
Something you can come back to
Not short-term relief
No constant resetting
I spent 15 years working in frontline social services, supporting people through high-stress, high-impact situations. Burnout eventually caught up with me in a way that forced a deeper shift, and what I found wasn’t reflected in most of the advice out there. This work is built from that experience and the patterns I’ve continued to see across the people I work with.
I feel like I've done some of this work, but then when you asked me, I was like "I don't know". I find it a useful process.
You don’t need to be completely depleted for this to be useful. Most people catch themselves somewhere in the middle, where things are still getting done but feel harder than they should. That’s usually where this work has the most impact.
Knowing and applying are very different. This doesn’t add more advice to follow, it helps you understand what’s actually driving your current capacity so your decisions stop feeling like guesswork.
The core content takes about an hour, with questions and discussion woven in throughout. The full two-hour window gives us space to explore what’s coming up in real time. If you need to leave earlier, you’ll still get the full framework.
There isn’t one. The session is free to attend. If you want continued access to the recording and additional support, there’s an optional paid upgrade, but it’s not required to benefit from the session.
