Hi, I’m Teela Hudak. I’ve spent the last 15 years working in social services, walking alongside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I hold a BA in Psychology and have built my career on compassion, insight, and practical tools that empower people to move forward, even when things feel heavy.
Burnout isn’t just something I’ve studied. It’s something I’ve lived. I’ve seen it in my coworkers, my clients, and I’ve felt it in my own bones. In this masterclass, I’ll be sharing the strength-based, person-centred strategies that helped me bounce back, not once, but many times, and that I’ve used to support others in doing the same.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about real-life tools that meet you where you are and honor your resilience. Whether you’re a working professional running on empty or simply feeling like life has lost its spark, I’m here to guide you back to clarity, energy, and yourself.
