Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- All digital products, including downloadable resources, assessments, workbooks, templates, recordings, and other digital content, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credits once access has been provided.
- Membership fees, whether recurring or one-time, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Members may cancel recurring memberships at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in refunds for payments already made.
- Access to purchased content will remain available for the duration specified at the time of purchase unless your account is terminated in accordance with these Terms.
- Live events, workshops, coaching sessions, or other services may have separate cancellation or rescheduling policies, which will be communicated during registration.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Account Management & Security
- Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials.
- Accounts inactive for two years may be deleted.
